Ripoff scammed con artists liars

I am new to the model/actor business and answered an ad on Craig's List saying that Need New Models! All Ages! Open Call! $1500 to $3000 a Day! One of the receptionists called me a day or two after I answered the
ad to make an appointment. Later that day someone else calls me to make an appointment. I said "Dont you have a record that I already made an appointment"? I went to the place and started filling out an application, but it was never completed or signed when a woman took me in her office, asked me for ID and told me she can send me out on jobs. She says she works with someone who can get me a spot but I need to have photos taken, so she can send me out with them.

I asked "How much?" She said $300.00! She then tells the photographer to do a "shoot" and it was raining that day and the photographer just started taking pics (didnt fix my hair or make-up) and they dont tell you to bring any outfits when they make an appointment. After the
shoot she tells me when to come back as she has a spot for me. I come back the next week and while Im waiting there she walks out the door for the night. Then this guy asks me if Im ready to choose my pics for the CD. I choose some pics, write them down and then he
tells me to come back again.in the interim I am called again by the company to make an appointment. I come back again and when I see the pics that were printed for me, the guy tells me that is the pic that HE chose for me. Then he tells me about to join their website. I told him I'll go their on my own and join. He tells me you cant and THEY have to set you up and it has to be paid up front. After he told me it's $180.00 including touch ups (even though their photographer messed up) he went ahead and charged me over $250.00 (for no reason) but then he credited that that after I complained. When I got home I complained again that the pics I choose werent on the site, again they went and chose the pics THEY wanted (why do they ask you to choose then?) and I complained and complained until they put the pics I liked on the site.

After all that was done the guy tells you that they dont send you out or find jobs for you (even though you are told this all along) So it appears that lure you in telling you they have jobs for you, make up prices for your CD from about $50-$300);scam you again to join their website and to top it all off they still keep calling to make an appointment, so they obviously dont keep any records! I'm surprised no one has shut them down by now. They are still posting these "open call" ads everywhere! This scamming has got to stop! Why was I charged $300.00 for pics and some people got charged $50.00? I want a refund.
