Is illegally withdrawing money from my bank account! Ripoff

I ordered S.M.C.in 5/07 and since then they have conducted them self's unprofessionally! I have had nothing but problems with them! I 1st tried to return there product several times within the 30 day money back guarantee and I could not a answer on were to return it!

And now there charging my account 39.95 a month, and on 7/13/07 299.95 addishinal to the 39.95 and I can't get an answer to why!

Every time I call 1-800-345-4762 it's an all day thing and if I don't get hung up on I get no answer to why they did it!

I have email, phone records & bank statements to back up my problems!
