Dishnetwork ripoff will not send me my refund i should have had in january07 palatine

I canceled my dishnetwork in January 07. I have tried many many times to get my refund back. The people who answer the phones at dishnetwork are totally rude and of no help at all. They have lied to me many many times. I have sent many e-mails to them and have gotten nowhere. They keep saying they sent the money but we have never gotten it. They are terrible to talk to and very ignorant when it comes to giving me any answers. Now they don't even answer my e-mails. The people who answer the phones are just there for that—they have no answers at all just lies. I would never have dish again and hope a lot of people check them out on this site and see how rotten they can be. How can they keep getting away with this!!! I hope someday they have to repay all of us who have been treated so badly
