Not billing as per adverised offe

They are not billing as adverised offer of road runer: $39.95 / mo and free install: they billed me for intall. I called them on 07-02-07 and got it only on 07-19-07. To be fair, it works pretty well, so far...
At the install by outside contractors, expecting to run the R11 cable they noticed that the R11 cable was put in 5 days earlier and the company didn't know... Before that, two techs - other outside contractors apeared 5 minutes apart to say they needed the R11... Ha-ha: they were on the phone with their dispatch for 30 minutes at a time - just like me... I would suggest to them to use voice mail... If I thoght there would be anone there to listen to their own employees... It might result in something like a replay of silence at high speed...
