Ripoff Two books where sent to my blind mother who did not order them

My mother received a package yesterday from ITV which included two books. My mother never heard of this company and secondly would not order any books as she is legally blind. I told my mother that I would locate the company and find out why these books were delivered.

I called ITV and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally a representative got on the phone and asked for my name and number which I gave to him and was told that a representative would call me back as they were very busy. He also asked the the nature of my call which I also gave to him. That was over five hours ago and I have not heard from anyone at ITV.

After searching on the internet for a possible website for ITV, I cam across the complaint web site and read about a person who was scammed by this company.

My first fear is that someone got my mother's name and address illegally and sent her these books. My worst fear is that they have access to her banking information.

I want these people stopped from scamming my blind mother and other innocent victims.
