Major Ripoff. Don't Deal With This Company

Company called 3X'S and talked to my purchasing agent. They said they have prior approval by the owner to subscribe to their service which is just a web site which shows companies in a given region. This is no more than a cheap Yellow Pages. Based on this companies false information given to my employee he thought the owner approved this $467.95 bill and so he said ok.
