Company claiming to have contracts with Disney, Nascar, ABC, Warner Bros is scamming local residents with bogus job offers

I recently interviewed with NTSX and was offered a second interview on 7/16/07. The position I am applying for is in management. While awaiting my turn for the initial interview I noticed several people coming and going. These people were like myself... Taking time out of their lives to seek out on honest professional job position.

After my first interview I had a gut feeling that things were not as they appeared. The Lobby walls were decorated with authentic looking logos from well know companies. ABC, Disney, NASCAR, Claiborne, Warner Bros, to name a few.

During my interview I asked the person conducting the interview, "Summer", specifically how NTSX was affiliated with these large companies. Her reply was NTSX had contracts with these companies and imported merchandise from around the world, which the distributed nationally.
When I returned home I started to research NTSX on the Internet using several search engines. I came up with nothing. I wondered how this company could market their service without any information on the Internet.
I called the city of Camarillo to see if NTSX had a valid city business permit to conduct business and they replied yes and the permit was issued 10/06. I asked what NTSX stood for and the person I spoke with said they were not sure. I then asked who the permit was pulled from and was given the name Luigi, who is the owner of this business.

Summer called me to set up a second interview for tomorrow and described it exactly as Jenny has done in her complaint... An all day event where I would be shadowing another manager and get to know the dynamics of this business. Summer mentioned that the company was going to provide a free lunch and suggested I order the most expensive item on the menu. Another red flag for me.
I have spent countless hours trying to gain information about NTSX because my wife, son, mortgage, and many other things depend on this being a solid company.
I decided to check one more time today about NTSX using every conceivable search word I could think of and immediately came across Jenny's complaint dated 7/14/07.
I intend to pursue this complaint by contacting the District Attorneys office in Ventura County, contacting the city of Camarillo, and writing a letter to the local newspaper editor.

I am extremely frustrated because Summer lead me to believe that the position was very lucrative and I was the perfect candidate for the position.
I am a self employed Concrete Contractor and have run a successful honest business for 16 years. I have never received a customer and have built my reputation on integrity and quality service.

My 3 year old son has a hearing disability and I have made the decision to deserve my company based on the need for more flexibility to learn sign language. I have given up contracts to pursue a career that could offer this flexibility. Tomorrow I had a job scheduled that could not be delayed. I gave this job away in hopes that I would have landed the perfect job.

I learned a valuable lesson years ago about listening to my gut feeling however it seems that I have had to relearn this lesson after reading Jenny's comments.
I am upset and will see that others are not scammed like myself by NTSX
