I have written to them on 5 occasions explaining that i'm not home. Even my caretaker has told them that. But still they call 10 times a day and come by 5 times a day. Ripoff

I've rented a computer from Aaron's for 46 months now. I was always on time except for the last 2 months. I told them in May, that Junes payment would be late, i didn't expect it to run into July also.

However it did. I have written to them 4 times explaining that i'm not home. They have left at least 10 hangers on my door, my caretaker has my cell phone, she says they call about 10 times a day and come by about 5 times a day. The reason i know all of this, is because i keep in contact with her because she takes care of my dogs.

I had her call them 1 time for me, and they treated her like she was lying, or didn't believe her. I have written to them 4 times explaining that i work out of town. I drive 18 wheelers for a living, and i'm not home for weeks at a time. After the last letter, they backed off for a bit, now they are back to the same old stuff, that is what my caretaker tells me.

I'm so tired of them harrassing her and getting my dogs all upset. If they don't stop, i'm afraid that she will quit on me, then i'll lose my job. I have told them as soon as i get back in town, that i will be in to catch things up, or pay it off completly. I've even treatened to write an article in the paper about the way they treat their customers. Like i said, it stopped for awhile, but now they are back at it again.
