They made our wedding day a compleat nightmare! The limo did not show up to pick us & they did not answer the phone. We ask for a refund & we were ignored. Did not get the individual wedding or cake or photos or the video, or Elvis songs. Ripoff

This company made my first and last wedding a complete disaster! From the time we were to be picked up at the hotel to the time my new wife and I drove back to the hotel. It was on the night of July the 7th 2007. My beautiful wife to be. All dressed. Up with make up and her hair very beautifully made. And i standing next to her. We were a sight to see. A very happy couple about to get married. We were standing outside the hotel waiting to be picked up. Everyone knew what our intention was. They all smiled at us and wish us good luck on our wedding night.

We were suppose to be pick up by a limousine at 7:30 at the hotel as we were told by a lady at the company. It was not until about 7:45 my future wife and i got worried. We suppose to get married at 8:00 pm. I went inside the hotel to call this wedding company to ask about the limo that was to pick us up.

It was not until then that things began to go bad. Very bad. The number to the wedding co. Could not be reached. The operator kept saying this line has been disconnected. I tried another number. I got a message saying there e-mail is full. I did not know what to do then. I asked the hotel desk for help. They got the same reply. Two ladies at the hotel desks were trying to help and could not reach the company. It was then my wife to be said, " get in the car and lets drive!"

When i arrived, i was very surprised to see many other couples waiting to get married at the door of the company. I spoke to other couples and found out that this marriage co. Had back log too many weddings for it to handle on this day. It looked like we would not get married on this day. We tried to get a refund but was ignored. It was then i realized that our wedding was going to be a big disappointment.

We both waited in a very hot parking lot with the other couples, wondering what this marriage co. Plans to do. We were all sweating and very hot. But worst of all was all the brides who was also waiting in there long and beautifully wedding dresses. We asked the marriage company for some bottles of water. We were almost made fun with saying that there is no water and all the nearby shop es didn't have any water left then they told us that there is a water facet on the side of the building. But was reminded that the water was not good and the person would not drink it himself.

The brides who were about to pass out, stood next to the open window to feel the cool air from inside. They would not let us in side the building to cool of. I felt helpless. There was nothing I could do. I looked at my future wife and cried when i saw her. Her make up was running and her beautiful hair was falling apart. She was so happy with her hair and make up before. And her long wedding dress. Now, all she wanted to do was go back to the hotel. Our outlook was very glum my until some one came up with the idea of a mass formation wedding. This is what happen around 11:00pm that terrible night.

We were hold in there for about another hour to fill some papers and envelops. So about midnight the nightmare ended by us driving back and crying for the disappointment and the horrible treatment. They ruined our wedding and left us with horrible memories of that night they took away our happiest night and made it a disaster that we will never forget.

On top of not getting any of the promised pictures, video, cake, limousine ride, Elvis songs and individual ceremony we were absolutely tortured and humiliated.By the way we were charged twice from two different visa cards mine and my wife's.
