Ripoff From Boise ID to Jackson Wy in a minute Boise

Sprint Pcs has switch issues and charged me roaming fees for calls they claimed We made from Jackson wyoming. This started two months ago and then again last month.

While we have been to Jackson, Wyoming before, it has been years. I pointed out their discrepancy once and got credit for that. I now think it was a 'keep customer quiet' credit. When I received charges last month on my bill, I was livid. The line items prove that the charges were on one number claiming I was roamin (calling from outside my designated home calling area) while one minute later I wasn't roaming. And then an hour later I was.

If anyone is familiar with the two cities (of which the customer service is not) they would know that Boise and Jackson are about 400 miles apart. After receiving condescending e-mails from their customer service, I have decided to cancel.

I would like to know of other people that have had this similar problem with some proof and I will provide the same.
