Beware of Returns Ripoff

Up to this point, I too have had no luck in contacting this company. I had ordered a nightgown and they shipped me PJ's. I tried to e-mail them numerous times and tried calling them for days. All day long I would received a busy signal and when I called after hours, the mail box was always full. Their business hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:30AM to 4:00PM Eastern Time. I did call my credit card Co. And disputed the charge.
