Bad check

I got a a mail stating that i won fiftyseven thousand dollars, i called the number on theletter and spoke with a Nadia Roland. She asked me to cash the check of $3,989.70 that was included in the envelop, so i went on-line to find if the company exsit, so i got another on the internet. I called the number and someone else picked up the phone and told me that she is Nadia and while i was on the phone with her another Nadia called and said that she is the real Nadia and they both stated sreaming at each other, i had both phones on speaker, that was how i knew it was a scam.
