Total scam artist, drunk, drug addict, lying, gambler!

Charles Rich is the biggest piece of crap in the world!!! My wife and I, gave him a $1200 to take her ex-husband to court for child support. The first court hearing (Charles appeared to be very hungover!!!) was dismissed because Charles forgot to put the word "default" in the letter. It would have all been over right then and there, but because Charles is a drug addicted idiot, it was dismissed! He never answered our questions in full, he was always rushing us off the phone, and was extremely rude! We finally get a call saying that the ex-husband has agreed to our demands and had a rule 11 signed, and ready to take to court to have a judge sign off on it. We had a court date on July 18th, well dumbass (Charles) filed for a continuance, and never kept the original court date!!! Then we get an email saying that he has resigned from the Texas BAR Accociation, and cant be our lawyer any longer!!! He basically let the clock run out cuz' he knew he wasnt gonna do sh*t with my case. I did a little researching in his background and found out he had 9 pending cases against him for fraud, and anything else you can think of!!! One of the cases said he STOLE $55,000 from a car dealership!!! Anyway, he is no longer practicing law, one good thing is that, he cant practice law in 3 states now (texas, oklahoma, florida), because of what he did here in texas! All his criminal activity is public record. Just call the texas state bar and request the info. You'll be totally shocked that this guy was allowed to practice law, even though he had cases of fraud pending against him!!! Can we take the TEXAS STATE BAR to court??!!! Also I know where he hangs out all the time!!! He hangs around this place in Addison call THE CIGAR SHOP AND MORE. Its on the NE corner of Beltline & Midway (4285 Beltline rd.) Please go pay him a visit and tell him just waht you think of him. I encourage everyone whos was ripped off by this scumbag, to file a small claims against him!!! OH... He drives a VW Passat license plate# 220-LPM. Happy hunting!!!
