Exclusive Dating Service Con artist sales representative using strong arm, abuse and gult to pay THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS

June 16, I was called into an office after a sales pitch on the phone of how Great Expectations only accepted attratctive people of wealth, with complete back-ground checks, and all of the men were looking for a wife, and all were looking for their "best friend"

There were questions asked by Kathy Gardner, the sales representative which would give her the proper information to manipulate my emotions. Very typical of a con-artist.

She used insults, tried to use guilt for me taking up her time, over 2 hours, and how it had cost thousands of dollars. I was telling her no way I was paying over $5,000.00 for a dating service. I informered I was disabled due to a tramatic brain injury, TBI, and there was no way I could make a decsion to spend that much money without a day or two to think about all she had told me. I was told everyone underwent a back ground check. I did not give my SSAN, so there is no way a check can be ran on me, and I have read they do not, and in my opinion, they will take anyone who pays the money.

When I refused to pay the 5 grand, she became very angry and went to se "him", and came back with a lower fee of 3495.00. Telling me this was a senior discount no one would have to know I was not really 60 years old. And she had my ID, and credit card in her hand. And the 3495.00 was not the ammount chared to my credit card, it was an extra 28.00 which was to come out of my checking account. I signed for this action. They kept my copy of the contract. I called 3 times to have it mailed. I received it on July 5. I canceled my credit card, and the ammount is in despute.

I have filed with the CA States Attorney General. The paper work is in process. Consumer Affairs has told me the sales tatic is ilegal in CA. I was given many web sites to file reports, and I am still doing filing with all possible. Even the F.B.I.

I have found men on the site listed several times with different ages, and locations. And men who's birth year is 1920 and the photo is NOT of a man of this age.

I was told many lies which the people, 3, I have communicated with on the site have had the same experience. They two are filing with the Attorney General.

This Company pays NO SALES TAX, and scams billions of dollars a year. They need to be exposed, and shut down.
