Told me quick hook-up in real time i was without internet and telephone for over 2 weeks On-line Ripoff nationwide

I was interested in trying out vonage.
The quick hook-up resulted in a longer then 2 week period without telephone and internet.
After this we couldn't talk on the phone when we were on the internet.
Also it takes me about 20 tries before i can succesfully send a fax.
Furthermore the voice quality is so bad that we stopped using the phone.
This service is lousy at best.
