Columbia House
They billed my credit card twice and cannot get in touch with CEO or anyone

I ordered DVD's from columbia house and I cannot get in touch with CEO or customer service I call 411 and got several random numbers now i understand that BMG and columbia house are the same people I did not know this. The credit card people told me to contact them i called everyone. Guess what one was a condo on on 79th street in manhattan this is consumer fraud. I will not tolerate this. This company need to go out of business. I cannot excess my account on the internet. At all so this is a question mark going off over my head. I want, my money back. Or I am going to sue the pants off someone. I hope they can spell litagation!!
