Doesn't follow through and makes up excuses, does not send product

On May 29 I ordered product through this website. I never heard from them and so I contacted them a week later. That stated it takes 3 weeks to receive product. So after three weeks I contacted them again and got no answer. I then emailed a DEMAND LETTER and got a response immediately that the owner would look into it and get back with me, I never heard from her again until today, July 3 when I threatened to send the local authorities over.

All of a sudden it was "I am canceling your order and refunding your money."

This company does not correspond with their customers or consultants and then just washes their hands. I will be surprised if I get my money back, because for owning a business she doesn't communicate at all.

DO NOT SIGN UP to be a consultant there or buy items from this site. There are many reputable companies out there that you will recieve your products in 3 days!
