I placed my order for wedding shower favors ($150) on Aug 20. They cashed my e-check 8/22/08. I ordered rush delivery for an extra $9.99 so it would ship within 2-3 days. I didn't receive the items by 8/27 so I sent a follow up email asking about the status of the order. No response. I tried to leave a voice mail but their box has been full for days. I sent several follow up emails with urgent messages the week of 9/2 because the shower was 9/6 and I still didn't have the product. I never heard back and never got the product or a refund. Now their website is down. Terrible company - do not do business with them!!!
