Ripoff the business double billing me for services I don't have, stress out, lost lots of sleep, and financially drained over Qwest

Qwest is ripping me off since last year. They keep double billing me, charging me for the phone bill that was not even mine. My son who is 29 and in Prison at this present time him and his girlfriend had called the Qwest and give my name, my SSN, my address to get a wireless service. Now Qwest is still billing me for that after I disputed this matter last year 2001.

They wore also billing me for 2 lines in my home since November of last year till June of this year that I never had, and still the adjustment is not made on my bill.

Some times I stay with them on the phone for hours and hours going over my bills from way back, yet the credit still as of today 08/18/02. Not all applied to my account.in the mean time they have disconnected my service with wireless. I had for almost a year for non-payment.

Not counting the fact that I keep paying on my bill that according to them was $432.00 3 months ago and according to them still I owe $398.00 not counting the payments I keep making. I have also canceled my package deal on my home phone line 2 weeks ago; as of today 08/18/02 that package deal is still on my home line.

I spent lots of time with them on phone from my work and my home. I am exhausted, a nervous wreck, stress out, lost lots of sleep, and financially drained over Qwest.
