Ripoff dishonest theif failed to delive

In November of we ordered 200 custom embroidered hats in several different colors and 2 different styles. The hats were to be delivered the first week of January. On 1/6/06 I had not heard from them so I sent them an email checking on the status of our order. Their response was as follows:

"sorry schean, local emroider was closed 2 weeks for holiday. Must be nice. I pick up today. Hats should be here next week. Will get to you asap.

Tom"

On 1/23/06 we received our order however all 200 hats were black instead of the color assortment we initially ordered. Their response was:

"schean, sorry, whse guy just looked at logo. Will find out what happened and get colors asap. Keep black and will finish order but just charge for 200. Thanks"

On 3/8/06 I wrote them again to check on the status of the replacements. To which they responded:

"schean, should be in tues. Tom"

On 4/11/06 I wrote to them and said "Tom,

I sent you an email on 4/5/06 requesting an update on the balance of the hats. To date, you have not responded to that email. Your last communication with me was on 3/9/06 and you stated schean, should be in tues. Tom Tuesday came and went with no follow up. I need to know when you expect this issue to be resolved.

Their response was "sorry schean, i get hsts this week. Will call when in.
Tom"

This went on for another 10 days. On 4/21/06 Tom wrote me and told me that the hats were being held in customs and he expected them to be released in a couple of days. That was the last I ever heard from them.
