Read the Contract carefully as the salesman aka advertising agent makes untrue or unsupported claims

I agree with Scot from NC on another complaint. Be carfull. The contract term is 3 years and they can increase the rate and you still have to pay it for the 3 years.

The warranty is only 90 days not the lifetime gurantee that the salesman and pamphlet promise.

Other things promised but not in the contract included a free relocation if you have to move within three year commitment. Not in the contract and the pamphet says you "may qualify". Suspicious.

Glad I did an internet search before I signed. They really put the presure on to start installing at least the box within the hour. Which by the way starts the 3 day countdown to cancel as far as I can tell.

If you sign on I suggest to get everything in writing.
