Unknown credit inquiry

While replacing my mortgage, I had been informed with a consultant of National Mortgages that there is a credit request completed on March 4 by GEMB (in my opinion the corporation to become GE Money Bank). There are many issues logged-on the web against GEMB. I had been informed by Countrywide that I'd to publish a notice declaring that I'm unaware of any request designed to GEMB on my account.
