Upon settling upon a sales agreement with supposed Mark Uptagraph for $400 (discount from the iniital $499 price) of OneStop0Motors I awaited the arrival of an email "Welcome Package" that I could return with my digital photos of the car I was selling. OneStopMotors would then create my customized online page with these pictures. I was told this email would be practically instantaneous, but after two hours I called Mark back to inquire as to the missing email. Mark's retort was "I will check with the customer service department, did you check the spam folder?" Yes, I did check, nothing, but I was patient.

I called Mark again early Monday the 23rd since I had yet to receive the "Welcome Package." Same answer as my call to him on Saturday. A subsequent call an hour later yielded the same answer. He seemed to be shouting to someone that was supposed to be in the customer service department. I made two more calls to Mark that afternoon to check on the progress, and he insisted the emails were being sent, but I had no contact via email.in my third call that afternoon I suggested that I send them an email they could simply respond to in order to alleviate any chance of a filter bouncing the email away. I sent an email to OneStopMotors at 2:04 PM and waited for them to respond.

After checking my email Tuesday morning I was beginning to get suspicious. Why would it take three days to recieve an existing, pre-constructed form or "Welcome Package" via email? I called Mark again Tuesday morning and asked why I had yet to receive ANY digital correpondence. His answer sounded much like the preceding five conversations: "I'll go upstairs and shake things up, I'm 6'10", and I can get things done." It was then I inquired with Mark what the OneStopMotors refund policy was, which he had never mentioned in our initial sales conversation. He was hesitant, but after I persisted at wanting a refund he agreed to connect me to the customer service department. During my brief phone wait, the line was disconnected.

At this point I called Chase Cardmember Services and as I was presented with options, I heard the Recent Activity option, which I decided to check. I had been charged the full $499 for OSM services, not the previously agreed upon price of $399 or $400. At this point I disputed the total charge.

On May 2 I received my FIRST email contact from OSM, an Account Change Verification form. I responded with a letter disavowing any contract or further service from OSM by virtue of their non-performance within a reasonable amount of time.

I should have been more suspicious from the beginning. Now OSM is disputing the charge becuse they think they have provided me some service. What I got after I all was a couple completely criptic listings located in the furthest reaches of the internet. Buyer beware.
