Lied about everything faulty installation faulty equiptment fraudulent billing hang up when you call to complain ripoff Atlanta Georgia

I have been lied to since the day this company installed the equiptment. The equiptment was faulty to begin with, and every time I call to complain, they tell me they can fix it, but it will cost me more money. A service representative came to my home on one occasion, admitted I had problems with the equiptment, and changed the 'address' on my reciever.
They refused to replace the equiptment. He told me to call him a week later, if I was still experiencing the same problems. I had the same problems, the same day, so I called him back then, and again one week later. He has never returned my calls. I am one year into my contract, and have had the same problems since the first month.
After having to call repeatedly over the past year, to complain about the service, with no resolution, most recently, they have simply begun to hang up on me, when I do call. These problems are in addition to, being lied to, since the first month, about the cost of the installation and equiptment, and the monthly billing amount, which is differant every month, and has always been more than agreed upon in the beginning.
One month it was well over 100.00, and when I called to inquire, I could not understand the explanation I was given. This month I recieved a statement for 84.24, and when I called to find out why, he hung up on me. I usually pay 68.00 per month, however I was told when I signed up, that I would always pay 39.00. That is a big differance. I have told them twice, that they have violated our contract, and I want out. Still, no response.
Any one having any suggestions, would be appreciated. I am paying for "services rendered", that clearly are not! What a rip off!
