Miss leading about credit rebuilding ripoff

I just dealt with this co. When they first contacted me they told me that I could use this credit card for all types of things Like renting a car where you need one. And it will help build my credit. They tried to take the money out of my account and there wasn't enough. So I called them and spoke to a very ingnorant woman and she told me that the credit card was only good for something they are selling you from thier catalog. I told her I didn't want it anymore and she told me that the $200.00 was non refundable.

I went to the bank and told them about this. My bank charged me 35.00 to change accounts and they will never see that money. I hope they call me.
