Beware of the Rip-Off experts Kay Jewelers

This is a follow-up on the report I filed earlier. I carried my ring back to Kay at Old Hickory Mall becasue less than 12 hours after having the stone replaced if fell out again. They told me I could exchange it for another style. Everything was fine until I got to the store. The original ring was 1599.99 plus tax. We paid 1000.00 plus tax. The ring I picked out was 1899.99 on sale for 1399.99.in the end this is how it went. I gave them the ring I paid 1000.00 for I had 300.00 in bonus bucks which I gave them a 50.00 gift certificate and a check for 75.00. Now according to my calculations that comes to 1425.00 so they are still ripping me off 25.00. You would think a company this big would not be interested in stealing 25.00 from a customer. But, hey, their jewerly is so cheaply made they have to make the money where they can. Please if you are in the market for jewelery DO NOT go to Kay. The merchandise is cheap and they will screw you in a heartbeat.
