Dishonest, decitful, and highly unprofessional Ripoff

First off the maid service showed up 20 minutes late and the owner was very unproffesional during our phone conversation. I explained what services I wanted to be done and showed the maid service the phone book where it stated what they were required to do according to their ad. They refused to do many of the services unless we paid extra for each item.

They tried to quote us a bill for $675.00 for two hours of work. We only requested the basic service but since we have a 3600 sq. Ft house I figured they were just trying to hustle us with a high price. I argued the lead maid down to $325.00 and that was without some of the basic services they quoted in their ad.

Against my better judgement, my wife decided to try them anyways and in the end I ended up regretting not kicking them out my house. They rushed through the home and I had to point out many items they missed. The lead worker claimed the workers didn't speak English and didn't understand what I was telling them. I was so fustrated with their unproffesional work and attitude, I decided to let them finish and get out of my house. They ended up writing me a price quote for monthly service and quoted me $105.00 for service. I asked why they tried to charge me six times that amount and eventually settling for three times and the lead worker stated that is what their boss told them to do. They were in my house from 0810 A.M. To 0950 A.M. Mind you that includes the walk through of my house and the negotiations on the fee.

I called the owner to complain and he stated he had already released the cleaning crew for the day but I could clearly hear the lead worker in the background talking about us. I will never use this cleaning service again and suggest you don't either.
