Beware they are theives ripoff

I ordered Columbia House DVD's online understanding that I had a certain amount of DVD's I had to purchase to fulfill the membership agreement. After I fulfilled the agreement I tried to cancel and actually was able to talk with a real person who convinced me to be part of the Member's Only Club - it was supposed to offer member prices, no director's selection etc. And had no requirements other than to purchase.

Like so many others I found that Columbia House stole money out of my account and their reply to me was that I have an open account with them. I have filed with the BBB and reported them to my bank for fraud. It's very upsetting for this legalized theft to continue. After reading online it appears they're "getting away with it".
