False advertising and faulty product

I purchased around 8 various boxes of your product for a move from Arizona to Illinois. Operating them is not as simple as you indicate.
The seals DO NOT SEAL EASILY. Those plastic slide devices are less efficient than my fingers. Once sealed they usually worked.initial attempts met with 50% failure using your slide devices. After I switched to my fingers, correct operation was around 98%. A hanging suit bag fell apart. Not sure if it was my error with too many hangers or faulty product. Other failures were due to valve leaks which I overcame through various means. All in all there were too many failures to recommend your product to others.
