Most of the employees there are drug addicts and drunks, you don't even need a college degree to work there.

Since ALL CALLS are recorded, if you feel an employee has been disrespectful, misleading, or harassing, ask to be transferred to a Manager, not a Team Leader. Document the call and tell the Manager what happened and to pull the tape through the compliance department.
