Aaron's in Cape Girardeau, Mo is franchised owned by Tom Martin. I want to truely believe that he isn't aware of the scams that his management teams have been conducting. This report is to open his eyes and to hopefully purse a full investigation within his company as well as make the Aaron's Sales and Lease Corporation aware of the abuse. We are all aware that the negative reputation does not discriminate corporate or frachise owned.

I am upset that every week I was being told that I was behind on my payments. I would pay because I wasnt able to do a substitution. I had also requested in the beginning of my contract agreement that each item be wrote up seperately seeing that I decided to rent items in different time intervals. This company shoud to be very desperate. I was ripped off after Christmas of 2005. I know that they were performing this abusive behavior because majority of their customers decided to neglect there payments in order to celebrate a holiday. I choose to pay on my furniture and celebrate Christmas another time. They welcomed me because my payment pattern was consistant not knowing I was about to become there next victim.
