High Delivery Costs - 30 day Delivery time

Two things about this company.
1. They charged 12.95 shipping for 30-day ship plus $1.95 handling
2. They charge $25 fee for a life-time 10% discount card. If you try to cancel that, they take away all you've saved with the discount.

For instance, I joined in May. When I asked for cancellation in June of they deducted the $9 savings they claim I had received. (Actually, I've been waiting to receive the order since May 15, and as of today, June 5 have received nothing. They mailed it USPS and the tracking number shows no activity since May 18. Seems to me the shipment is lost.

My recommendation is that you stay away from this company.
