Refused to Issue $50.00 Rebate Check For Customer Appreciation (T - Mobile) I called them, they claimed that my Form was Lacking Information, (My day time phone number and My E mail Address) Told me to go to website and download New form, Fill out with All Information and Attach the Notice I received in the Mail.

When you go to the Web site it Does NOT Work, I called Back and told them, I also mentioned the fact of reading Sevral other complaints people had filed, I Informed them that I would be Notifying proper authorities, The girl on the phone Laughed, Told me to Have a Nice Day and Hung Up on me
