Doesn't Pay his bill's & ALWAYS is out to Rip You Off This Man Is A Crook!

Steve McInnis has several business names, but mostly operates under River City Environmental. It doesn't seem to matter which business of his you do business with they all have two things in common Steve McInnis and Rip Off! This man doesn't pay his bill's! He is constantly in small claims court getting sued or trying to collect on bogus charges.

He owns rental properties in which he makes a daily practice of charging security deposits from new tenants that he has no intention of ever returning. The only prior tenants of SM Realty or SANDS Investments that has ever got any deposit returned had to get it out of him in court. The good thing is that the judges are learning him and know that he is a crook. This man needs to be stopped!

He is hurting the small business owner that unknowingly enters into business with him. He has a growing history of contracting work that he doesn't pay for and causes you to spend lot's of time and money trying to collect on. I am still trying to get this man to pay for contracted work as far back as July. This man has no problem telling you a lie and ripping you off. I know for a fact that this is normal business for Steve McInnis he is cut throat and has criminal business ethics in which he lives by.

In addition to ripping you off he is putting everyone in danger by employing drug addicts and unqualified people to do the jobs that you hire him to do. Lonnie Nash a long time employee was busted by the police at a drug house with a River City Environmental sweeper truck. The employee was taken to jail and it wasn't the first time. Two days after he was out he was back behind the wheel of a River City company truck.

There is a huge growing list of River City employee auto accidents in company autos. Steve pays a lot of them off with out going through his insurance, but only because he has so many that are claimed if they really knew how many accidents his employees where having they would cancel him in a heart beat. One of River City's fuel trucks (semi) rolled over almost killing the employee that was behind the wheel that was not supposed to be driving and the passenger employee that was supposed to be driving.

I am only owed less then a thousand dollars on unpaid invoices, but damn it there was services provided and who is he to keep ripping people off that are out there busting there ass trying to make a living!
