The King Of Homes -Steve King Fraud, Illegal Practices, Forgery, Scam Artist

My Company did Property Preservation work for the King of Homes/Steve King and he ripped us off for over $95,000 for work that was completed and approved by The King of Homes/Steve King. The King of Homes/Steve King forges invoices from my company and writes fake checks to my company to fool the Banks into thinking he paid us for the work so he can get reimbursed for the work my company did and not pay us. The King of Homes/Steve King also forges monthly invoices for Landscaping Services for his REO Properties and collects the money for work that has never been done.

If the Asset Manager for one of his REO Properties gets a complaint about the landscaping for one of his REO Properties he just blames it on the contractor. He gets away with it because he has already sent in a forged Invoice from the My Company and also a fake check showing that he has paid the My Company. My Company would be willing to give the Banks access to or Banking passwords so they could see that we never received a lot of the fake checks that he says that h has paid My Company.

The King of Homes/Steve King doesn't want to sell his REO Properties he makes more by ripping of My Company and other Contractors for their hard work then by doing his job and selling the REO Property for the Bank. The King of Homes/Steve King has not just done this to My Company he has also done this to Repo Rehab, EA Property Solutions, Paragon Remodeling, and Next Phase. The King of Homes/Steve King is Scam Artist and that is how he makes his money by forging invoices and document and ripping off Companies like mine and the ones listed above for their hard work fixing up REO Properties.

The King of Homes/Steve King is not just ripping My Company and others like it he is ripping of the Banks that he is supposed to be working for the Banks selling their REO Properties not ripping them off. The King of Homes/Steve King not only collects our money and other services that he lies and says that they were done he also collects Cash For Key on vacant Reo Properties. The King of Homes/Steve King tells the Banks that he is working for that the properties are occupied then he negotiates with the Banks to get money to get the people which aren't there out of the REO Property.

The King of Homes/Steve King had an Office Manager that would find a friend to have the Bank write the check to then they would split it. The King of Homes/Steve King eventually Ripped off his Office Manager like he does to everyone and he claimed that she was stealing money. The King of Homes/Steve King always is claiming to be a victim when he is the Scam Artist. Someday the Banks will catch onto his scam; they will see how he changes his Contractors like My Company about Once a year and his Office Manager about every 8 months and how his E-mail isn't working and on and on one Lie after another.

The King of Homes/Steve King uses his Office Manager as the fall guy when something goes wrong he is a coward and always is hiding behind someone else so that they can take the fall and he isn't to blame. I have talked to some of his previous Contractors and they were actually told by The King of Homes/Steve King to put in bids for repairs on Properties in 2 or 3 different Contractor Company names so that no matter what they would win the repair bid.

Then The King of Homes/Steve King would collect on the work done by the Contractor and would rip off Contractor and Banks that owned the properties because he is supposed to be working for them getting the best bid for the REO Property Repair not ripping them off by getting multiple bids from one Contractor in different bogus company names. The King of Homes/Steve King told My Company that every REO Property bedroom had to have a working smoke detector in them by Law and told me how much the Banks would pay for each of them.

My Company Installed smoke detector like The King of Homes/Steve King insisted was the Law and he collected they money from the Banks and ripped us off like everything else. I could write a book on all the Lies, Fraud, Stealing The King of Homes/Steve King has done this is only a tiny little bit of what The King of Homes/Steve King has done to Rip of Companies like mine and the Banks he works for.
