Jeopardizing dog's life, failure to communicate with owner, Complaint to TX Board, Veterinary Examiners

Dr. Besch, dvm, charges irregular billing amounts for services —many of which are not performed. Her demeanor is rude, unprofessional and she is negligent in her practice. My dog was boarded at her clinic in april and was supposed to receive a medical examination, rabies vaccination and bordetella injection. The dog, a white spitz, 9 years old, was abused and her life was endangered since dr. Besch failed to examine her before giving her the 2 above injections. Subsequently, during the dog's boarding period of 4 days, the dog was never aired and when i picked her up she was totally soaked in her own urine (april 28) and appeared not to have been fed for the 4 day period since she was very hungary and her stomach was sunken-in.

This dog has allergies which cause life-threatening asthma attacks. She was never examined by dr. Besch. Dr. Besch claims in front of witnesses that she never gives a new patient (dog) any type of injection (s) without examining the dog first. A formal complaint against dr. Besch is being filed with the tx veterinary board.
