Technical Lithographers - - United Licensing Corporation - International Patent Advisors - International Licensing Corporation - London Communications fraudualantly promoted patent services & stole my $12,000.00 from a stuggling single mother ripoff

I had a contract with the Patent & Trademark Institute of America. I sent this company $11,290.00. I had an investor who believed that my idea was great and he loaned the money and I sent it in to PTI.

Now don't get me wrong, they sent me a beautiful portfolio, told me all these things that they would do to help me get thhrough the process of getting my invention from the idea stage all the way to the consumers hands. They even have went so far as to refer me to a Patent Attorney in California.

I have had correspondence with this attorney in california, and next week he is supposed to be filing for a design patent on my behalf with the USPTO. And this attorney has already been paid monies for his services out of an escrow account of the money that I sent PTI. Now I am going to be at the next stage of the process and when he files the application, he said then I will be at the "patent pending" stage of it.

But all these great things that this company said they would help me do from here on out, which I think are the most critical parts of the whole process, they aren't around to help me do. They have my money, so I can't afford to do it myself, and i'm pretty damn sure that I don't have anyone else that is able to put up more money for me to go any farther.

The reason that PTI can't help me go any farther is because the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has seized everything these companies have, they put them in receivership, froze all their assets and shut them down lock, stock and barrell.

Well what the hell? I am a single mother and believe me I have struggled over the years to survive and provide a decent home for my daughter. A couple of years ago I got sick and had to have a medical procedure done. Everything since then has been crap for me. I have had a serious run of bad luck, and it unfortunately has lasted alot longer then I ever imagined it could.

I have had this invention idea for more then 10years. I finally am able to do something with it, and now these assholes think that their just going to screw me out of it and take away the only thing positive that i've had going for me and my kid in a really long time? Their out of their minds. I will not stand by quietly and watch the only dream I have of giving my daughter a better life, and not just a better life, a roof over our head, because right now I don't have one. I will not let them flush my dreams down the toilet.

I'll bet these gentleman aren't going without, i'll bet they haven't been. I would be willing to bet they they have their children at home with them because they can afford to pay their bills and feed their families.

Now that I am partially disabled at 40 i'm a little limited to what I can do for work. And i've never lived on welfare. I want my life back and my daughter to be at home with me. It's not like i'm asking for a hand out. IT'S MY INVENTION! I thought of it, IT"S MINE!

These people SHOULD be held totally accountable for what they've done, they SHOULD have to admit to it on national tv, and they SHOULD have to do what they said they would do, and they SHOULD have to pay out the ass for it!
