Did not deliever the product ontime City

This company took my order on Friday the 25th and charged me for 3 day delivery. It has been a week and I needed the product before leaving on vacation. They claim they can redirect it for another $10.00. They also claim that if I refuse the product I must pay a restocking fee. My bank says they have that right, so I am forced to accept the product that I need for a trip, when I get back from the trip. They blame UPS and UPS blames them.

Since I leave on the trip on Friday and the product will be delivered after I am gone and I can not get it to the new location until Monday which is the day I leave that location, what can I say. Neither UPS nor the company can fix the issue since UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. I paid $20.54 to have 3 day delivery and it took 7 days.

UPS claims they did not receive it unitl Wednesday and the company claims they gave it to them two days after processing which would have made it Sunday. Sunday they don't work and Monday was a holiday so Tuesday morning it should have been to UPS. UPS scan shows Wednesday.

This company new that they would not deliver the product in time and yet continued with the process. What a rip off.
