Didnt receive payment for services, received less then agreed in past payments

I met Danielle Sheypuk through CraigsList, an on line community used for finding services amongst other things in December. Danielle and I agreed that I would start working for her as a personal care attendant January 12. We agreed to 100.00 a day as I would be there 24hrs 5 days a week. I was to be paid off the books for the first few weeks as I was still only 17 and couldn't not work on the books until I had reached the age of 18. This meant I would be making less for those days. I was to be paid from two outside companies (advocacy alliance and Northeastern Pennsylvanian center for independent living) and while I was only 17 Danielle was going to submit the pay roll to Northeastern Pennsylvanian Center for independent Living under her mothers name so that I could work.

February 4 I started working on the books for Danielle, I worked from Thursday night 6:30 PM until Tuesday morning at 11 AM (literally nonstop). Getting paid biweekly I should have been bringing home 1000.00 but instead I was only bringing home around 907.00.

I continued to work for Danielle until May 13. When I tried to quit she threatened to have me arrested for neglect and admitted that she had gone into my personal email account to see what I had been doing. Two days before going to work I had gotten sick and informed Danielle I was sick and couldn't make it. During that time I was looking for other employment options. Danielle openly admitted that she went through my email and looked at the emails I was exchanging with could be employers.

When I told Danielle that I had quit and she threatened to have me arrested I went down to the local precint and discussed the matter with them. After finding she couldn't do anything I was told to go back in front of her apartment building and call the police and have them get my belonging from her house. I explained to the police about her going into my email and she lied to them saying that it was a mutual account that she used for school and she had all rights to be in it.

May 13 was my payday and Danielle refused to pay me. I have sent her many emails, left phone messages and sent text messages to her regarding this, she has not responded.
