Terrible customer service and foul language ripoff

I got a phone call about 3 weeks ago and I agreed to pay a bill that I knew that I partially owed. I didnt hear anything else from this company. I got a phone call today not even introducing themselves and in vulgar language" quit bouncing checks and pay your freakin (not the real word used) bill. I was shocked. What if my father or child picked up the phone and heard that. That is not a way to do business. Then I called verizon wireless and they said that my bill was paid in full. What kind of game is this. Please if you have to do business do it with someone who doesnt use them to collect for them. They are terrible and no consence at all. Thank you
