Ocala Horse Properties
Real Estate Co. Ocala Farm Real Estate experts, NOT

Shops, Products, Services

These are two brothers from New York, Chris and Rob Desino, formally pizza workers, who are brand new in real estate and sell them selves as "farm experts".in my experience with them nothing could be further from the truth. I was sold a bill of goods in order to get my home to list with them. They told me things like: they sell 70-90% off all real estate in Marion county Florida. They spend at least $30,000 a month in advertising. They sell 6-8 homes a month. They have contacts that no one else has all over the world so that makes them better than any one else.

I did not know it was all lies until they did not keep they word and delivered nothing to me, not even what they had promised in writing. When I asked them about it they cancelled my contract with no notice and no reason. Leaving me several thousand dollars in the hole because of lost time and money. I then got a nasty email from their attorney who threatened me to be quiet or else!

Before using this company and these two, you would be well advised to check out what they tell you first!
