Hard pillow

I have a neck problem, so i thought i would find a pillow that would help support me neck. Searching the internet i came across Tempurpedic and after reading about them and seeing their TV commercials i thought i'd try their pillow.
I ordered the standard pillow and the very first night i used it i knew it wasnt for me, it was way to firm and actually hurt my neck. I thought i would give it a couple of more nights and again it was hurting my neck.
I boxed it back up and called Tempurpedic to ask how i go about returning the pillow and getting my money returned.
The man who answered the phone told me "we do not refund ". I was a little surprised as i have bought pillows at other locations before and they gladly refunded my money as long as the product was not damaged. I told him that the pillow actually hurt my neck and i needed to return it and get my money ($129.00). He flat out told me "we here at Tempurpedic do not refund money and hung up on me.
What did I learn here A) dont order anything on the internet that you do not already have previous experience with. B) do not order anything from the Tempurpedic corporation. C) Warn everyone possible that tempurpedic does not guarantee their peoducts and they do not give refunds. D) do your shopping somewhere else.
