I bought a Tempur pillow on 11 August to improve my neck and head support, at the JHB decorex. The saleslady, Roz, was very pushy however since I wanted the pillow, I bought one. However, Roz didnt bother explaining what I should expect of the pillow when i initially use it. After waking up with a headache two mornings in a row, I called them to return it. Roz refused to take it back and refund my money giving me excuses like the invoice states no refund (it doesn't). She told me to go to the nearest store and exchange it for a softer pillow instead, which i didn't want. It is against the Consumer protection Act to refuse to refund the customer if the product is being returned within the cooling off period of 5 days. I indicated this to her which she brushed off. I got legal opinion on this and sent them back a letter which has been ignored. Her attitude stinks and her pushy manner is deplorable. This company is selling expenisve products under illegal terms. I will now lodge a complaint with the Consumer Commissioner and take this to the Sunday Times consumer journalist.
