Purchased a chairmat for 73.90 and it was delivered folded in quarters.
Called and was told they would try to send one without folding it.
It presently sits in its received stage. It needs to be forced open - over how many days? Using what kind of tools.
Surely for $74 the item should come ready to be used. They think not! Are willing to see if it can be reshipped without folding?!
What kind of nonesense is this?
