Digital Research - Staples Stores Rebates ripoff Yuma

I have purchased 2 CD Roms from Staples in Yuma AZ.
The first one unfortunately I lost the paper work.
The Second one I made sure I didn't lose.

After the required time of waiting, I called the number on the rebate slip. I was unable to get throuigh. I visited the local Staples store and with assisstance was able to get through.
They, the manufacturer asked me to Fax all of the information to them. I did from the Staples store.
I was told I would be contacted.

After 2 weeks wait and not hearing from them I returned to Staples.

Again, the employee at Staples called the manufacturer. They required a canned message to be left. The employee left a messdage, I was assured by the Staples employee that I would be contacted within 2 days.
It has been a week.
I have all documentation on this complaint.
They have probably cheated hundreds of customers by using this technic.

I hope to be able to do something about it.
