WAMUWAMU, WAMU disregards proof that fraudulent charges were applied to my Washintong Mutual Credit Card Account!

Washington Mutual posted unauthorized charges on my credit card account even though they were supplied proof that the charges were not authorized. I had requested the people who were charging my account to stop and desist, but they continued to send the charges through. I was told by customer service at WAMU the only way to stop the fraudulent charges from being posted to my credit card would be to cancel the card. I immediately paid the card off in full and canceled the card. The next month my account was reopened by Wamu and more fraudulent charges were posted. Wamu then applied a late fee because I refused to pay the charges, but took it off the next month after I called and registered yet another complaint. They wrote a letter stating that my account was re-opened due to a re-occurring debt that I must stop from going through on my end. Unfortunately, that re-occurring debt IS the fraudulent charges I had been trying to resolve since January. As of this writing (5/14), I have sent over 4 packets of mail to the companies President of Credit Card Services, only to have my letter handed off to someone in customer service (and I use that term very loosely), who writes back defending her cause, but never addresses the proof I sent nor speaks to the facts as presented. She also writes in her letters that she has left messages to no avail. Trust me... NO MESSAGES have been left by this person on my phone and I provided my correct phone number and even called her and left yet another detailed message... To which I have had no reply. At this point, they have impacted my credit standing and still refuse to accept the fact that they simply made the problem a very time consuming venture to resolve all for what? How could WAMU Credit Cards Services be so screwed up?
