Prosecuting Attorney Nolle prosequi a case against a teacher that had a relationship with my 16 year old son, because she passed a polygraph test. Ripoff

In April of Marsha Henderson (School teacher) was arrested for having a relationship with my 16 year old son. She left voice messages on his cell phone, her daughter caught them kissing, the Prosecuting attorney, Eddie Easley, has a picture of her on my son's lap, Her cell phone records were subpoenaed for proof of her calling my son numerous times, 6 other students gave depositions concerning sexual comments, drugs, & alcohol.

Mr. Easley offered her a plea bargain of 4 years & $1000.00 fine. She counter offered with house arrest. All of a sudden, after she passed a polygraph test, Mr. Easley decided to nolle prosequi the case. He said even though it wasn't admissible in court, he would make an exception for her.

I wondered if it might have had anything to do with her previous employment in the 911 office, next door to Mr. Easley's office in the same building.
