Took Money From Checking Account That I Did Not Authorize! Alabama

Cooking Light magazine used my check card to renew my subscription, that I did not authorize. I called their customer service number after I had became aware of the withdrawal in my checking account. They said that it was an automatic withdrawal. At one time I had ordered the magazine, and paid with a check. I never use my check card for magazine purchases!

I sent in the last bill from them with cancel on it. The ammount is only 18.00 but still I do not want the magazine and certainly do not want them with drawing money from my account without my permisson. The customer service person I spoke with said they would put the money back in my account and cancel my subscripton. We shall see!
