Ripoff taken $149.95 out of my checking acct with out my authorization and refuse to giveit back

I noticed a debit charge on my bank statement on line, I contacted the bank and they said it was for diet pills and that all they had was a phone number. I called the number and the lady told me that they were just the shipping company and that I would have to contact the company on line. She gave me the web site and I contacted them and told them that I did not order anything from them and that I wanted my money credited back at once.

I got a reply back that said that I had to pay a cancelation fee of $79.95 to cancel my membership, I again replyed and told them that I never joined there what ever it is and that I wanted my $149.95 back and that I wasn't paying them anything. They are still refusing to give my money back. I explained to them that I have short bowel syndrome and that I couldn't take or need to take diet pills to begin with. I also explained to them that I have been in Utah at my daughters since early April to the present. I told them I want my card information destroyed once my money is refunded.
