Ripoff Owner Bryan A. Reed I paid $3500 for a Comfor-Pedic bed which has not been delivered Don't buy anything at a Home & Garden Show!

I bought a Comfor-Pedic bed at a Home & Garden show in California, but the bed was not delivered. The address for Sleep Rite on the invoice is a UPS post office box. Their previous location at 10441 Fairway Dr.in Roseville is closed. The local police report that numerous people have showed up at that address complaining about being ripped off. Bryan Reed, the owner of Sleep Rite, lives in Roseville on Harlow Court. He doesn't return phone calls or messages. He conducts his "business" at home and garden shows and does not have a business license. The home and garden show people told me that he didn't pay for his rental space. The Better Business Bureau reported numerous complaints against Sleep Rite. On the invoice there is a clause regarding a cancellation fee of 25%. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and failure to meet approx. Date shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refusal of an order. How many beds has he delivered? Probably none. He must be getting rich by keeping the cancellation fees. He does not operate a showroom with inventory.
